there is no set gain

plus, nitrous is completely different. It adds torque, and adds it everywhere.

Its all dependent on what your set up is and how well its tuned. Theres been 100whp gained and 60whp gained on the same boost level. Tune, tune, tune.. and when you think its perfect... TUNE SOME MORE.

Oh.. and to answer your question, you should be ok with a 50 shot. I wouldnt go more than a 75 shot but there have been people who have ran 100 shots with no problems (and some who ran 100 shots and smoked their ****)

6psi from a t25 turbo will put down way smaller numbers then a t3/t4 @ 6psi

Flow rates of the turbo and tuning have the difference in the world with respect to WHP & PSI. A turbo that flows more air has more potential to make more power with proper tuning.

If you're serious about boosting, and want to know what to expect for hp numbers, you need to read a book by Corky Bell called Maximum Boost. It will teach you the physics / engineering side of turbocharging a n/a car in layman's terms. It will give you formulas which can help you find out what turbo you would want to use, flow rate, minimum/maximum hp gain.
