Functional bling
You guys are used to looking at this ugly thing or worse....

Send it away, wait a few days, it comes back....
Bling bling *****

This is Jet-Hot's sterling 1300 coating. Ceramic, sprayed and baked, inside and out, nice and shiny, supposed to reduce underhood temps by insulating stuff (doubtful to notice an effect on such a small part. on a set of small block headers, I'll buy it) But mostly, it keeps that nasty looking cast iron rusty **** out of my view under the hood.
It has functional benefits, and looks to me to have been worth the 107.50.

it sounds like they can do anything. You'd have to disassemble the turbo and send the housings, but they probably could do it. Just call em
800-432-3379 They're pretty easy to deal with. I would personally have an issue with the seal on the wastegate flapper if it had one..... there's no way to non-destructively remove it and even if they tape it off, you'll have ceramic stuff on the seal seat and no idea if the flapper is sealing to the seat.
An externally gated turbo, i'd say have at it

it will reduce the temps under the hood by a bit. It will probably make enough of a difference to where your g/f wont burn her *** when she sits on your hood after you drove around a bit.

If there's ever a point where I have everything apart.... I'd send a lot of stuff.
But for now, this will do.

Jet Hot does good work. I had my custom manifold coated with the high temperature stuff they have, I believe it's for like 2,300 degrees and my intercooler pipes were coated with the sterling 1,300 which came out sweet. Oh yeah they also did my exhaust housing and compressor housing. Thats the best looking HKS manifold I've seen. Good luck with everything boilermaker, I know it's a pain in the *** spending the money and doing all the research but at the end it's all worthit.
