GSR axles work with K20 swap !!!!!
check it our for yourself ... http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1379830
gsr axles do fit fine for the swap and YES hasport does and have mention it on there website and at one point is was said so in the hasport mount install insturctions. the problem with them which has already been said is that the axle is too short. so if you even try to race with gsr axles in your swap be prepared to put in some new ones because its going to snap at the tracks or whereever you decide to race. this has been asked numerous times before so dont make such a big deal about it.

nobodys bitchin about it.. basically someone thought they found out something that nobody else has tried or knew.. posted his/her findings and then this is the result of his findings...
then of course we come to the obvious when people say use the search button.. and like all people instead of giving a helping hand they just leave it at that..
so.. when using the search button here is what i found and many others of the same thing that has been covered...

well i can for a fact tell you it hasnt changed as of july 2005....because i was going to do the same when i did the swap and called hasport and they specifically said not to use the gsr and you take your own risk of damaging your own engine components.
the gsr axles work with the rsx inner boot.
without the inner boot the axles will pop out...that was my problem initially.
the gsr axles are a little short and yes i snapped an axle my 1st day at the track 5000rpm launch on street tires.
Axlesystem.com has upgraded axles for the 7thgen now after developing axles for my car.
