Has anyone bought the new Stage 1 turbo kit from Dezod ? and if so is it worth the $? cause I am one BROKE S.O.B an 3 grand+ is a lot, I realy wanna Boost my baby, but cant risk the money if the gains are not gonna be there, my goal is 200Whp for my 2001EX coupe(1.7L)M/T

If you cannot afford $3,000, then boost is not for you. There are other things that go along with turbo kits such as guages, boost controller, clutch, flywheel, tires, etc...
Also, many ppl that have boosted their stock motor have had mechanical problems such as blown HG's and smoked pistons.
There is a plethora of info on boosting the D17 in this forum.....you just have to do your homework first.
