Rep Power: 0 who runs 75
Just wondering who runs a 75 shot on stock internals, and stock clutch. I only jetted 50 once but plan to run 75 a couple of times at the track in august. I just changed my plugs and i am gonna run 91 octane gas with 1 can of octane booster and then when i hit the track i will mix the rest of the gas with probably 103 or 106 octane vp gas. If anyone changed there clutch how long did it last spraying with the 75. My clutch still feels good even after spraying so i just was wondering.

Thiscrackerntam used a 75 shot as soon as he bought the kit. Used it that way for over a year. I know he changed his plugs everytime he got his bottle refilled and used premium gas. Had his stock clutch as well. He eventually blew his headgasket because his bottle pressure was over 1000 while spraying and sprayed in 5th gear. So my advice is just check your system before you try it. Is 91 the highest you got at the pump? Here in Ohio theres 94 octane at our local gas station.

Rep Power: 0 yeah 91 is highest but people tell me they have a gas station in stockton on charter way that has 100 octane. I will probably just fill up with that and maybe octane booster. Yeah at the track i wont even get to 5th so thats cool. I just changed my plugs and added a half a bottle of lucas upper cylinder lubricant/fuel injector cleaner so i think i will be alright.

Rep Power: 0 we only have 91 as the highest octane (premium) in Phoenix. Probably cuz its so much hotter though. I think the colder states have a higher octane since its more needed. We have 104 down the street from my house. Just so damn expensive.

Rep Power: 299 i have not tried the 75 jets yet. I have been using 65 My clutch just started to slip a bit in third at the track. this was after 2 bottles and 64,000 miles. Its not bad but since I am running for time its useless to run a slipping clutch at the track. head to the track with just a few gallons of 91 in the tank and pick up a couple gallons of the vp unleaded racing gas. skip the octane booster they don't work as well as mixing in the real stuff.

Rep Power: 0 I used to have a 75 shot on my civic. Of course...we get 93 octane down here. I ran the 75 shot for a good amount of time....made 180whp and 208 wtq on that also. I also changed my plugs every other bottle. NGK coppers are good for that, nice n' cheap. I ran an NX wet kit, never had any issues. I totally recommend at least an safc or vafc so you can smooth out the air fuel. But yes, it can be done, and it's quite nice!

Rep Power: 0 Gonna stick with a 35 for now and see what times I can pull, 50 shot soon after and 75 shot after SAFC and new clutch. Speaking of SAFC is it possible to run a NA tune and then switch to a a N20 tune? I thought I heard somewher that it was but you just have to kill the ignition in order to switch over. Anybody?

Rep Power: 265 Nope you cannot switch per say while the car is running...car has to be in the on position without the car running while adjustments are being made!!!
