hi guys, my ride is a 2003, 7th generation 1.6l civic sedan.

i am thinking of dropping in a 1.7l engine, then stroke it up to 1.8l.

is this possible? are there any stroker kits available?

He is probably from Europe or Asian. The 7thgens come with 1.6L over there.

Actually they come with a 1.5 non VTEC in my country.

i would love to. but if we're caught with a bigger engine, we're gonna get our car confiscated and probably land my *** in jail for a couple of years.

the reason im thinking 1.7l engine is because it look exactly the same as the 1.6l.

Wtf. I just got to go down to the ref station and show it was done correctly... Dam they are strict
