Need Help Piecing My Turbo
Need Help Piecing My Turbo
Ok these are the things I already have for my custom turbo kit.
- HKS Exhaust Manifold
- Garrett T25 Turbo
- Intercooler
- Greddy Type RS Blow Off Valve
- RSX-S Fuel Injectors
These are the things I know I need to get:
- Greddy Emanage
- Intercooler Piping
- Fittings and **** like that
- Gauges
First I need to know whether this piping would be ok to use for the turbo, Intercooler Piping
Alright and if that intercooler piping is ok to use what should I get first???
1) The Emanage
2) The piping
3) or the Gauges
And finally what else would I need besides everything that I listed??? I would greatly appreciate some help.

well first off that will not be all the piping you need you will need one to go to the throttle body and one to go to the turbo.
as far as what to get you need piping you should have gauges but the greddy emanage is not needed untill pushing high psi like 11 or more

What you NEED, is dendant on your view
Some sort of fuel management will be needed and the e-manage would be a good proven choice.
BoV flange
Pipe for Down pipe
Flange for Downpipe
O2 sensor bungs
Flange from DP to exhaust pipe
Gaskets for manifold to head/manifold to turbo
oil supply line (and fittings)
oil drain line (and fittings)
Brass "T" and fittings for supply/ or oil filter sandwich adapter
is it a water cooled T25? if so hoses and fittings for that
Return conversion would be nice but not a MUST have
Wide band would be nice but not needed
Vacuum manifold of some sort
oil pan gasket
and im SURE there is LOTS im forgetting

Ok I got the spark plugs tooken care of and the gaskets. Where could I get some of the other parts from. I'm going to have a downpipe custom made. Oh and I have an LX too. The turbo also is internally wastegated as most of you already know.
