I believe XS Engineering is manufactured in Brazil, and is a quality turbo from what I have read and seen. No first hand expirence however. I would avoid XS Power though, as it was said above it is a knock off by SSAutochrome.
It is definetly a knockoff. However, we are using one on our somewhat low budget h22. Its a ball bearing center section and heres the kicker. You can see where the turbonetics emblem was ground down on the center section. They buy all there stuff wholesale and pay their oversees employees pennies to make them for this cheap lol. The shaft, wheels and center section are all sweet but compared to my garrett the compressor housing castings definetly arent as heavy duty at all. We almost stripped one of the bolts fairly easy and it is really hard to turn to angle it when the bolts are loose or even all the way out. The exhaust side seems very high quality. This car is making more than 400 whp all the time running around on the street every day and surprisingly no probs yet. We figured we'd give it a fair chance to see what would happen and so far its not bad at all. We will see how long it lasts but it seems like it will work out. On the other hand dont even think about one of those manifolds unless you bring a welding machine with you where ever you go. hehe later guys

About the turbocharger: I know somebody using an XS Power turbocharger on his Mitsubishi Mirage LS running arround 13s qtr mile at the track, daily used car. No problems at all for now.
They might be a knock-off, but at least their turbochargers seems like a High Quality knock off.
About the manifolds..... is up to you the risk. They have great air flow but they do crack a lot, but it have been highly recommended that if you are reeeeally tight on budget you can get it, BUT... you have to install a bracket from the turbocharger to the engine block in order to reduce the weight that the system is making on the manifolds. That way the manifolds would last longer.
Don't have any person experience with them myself, but over at the honda-tech.com forum, they dogged one out i was going to bid on. Not sure how they are, but they are fairly cheap turbos.
