all of the people here that say 10 psi will blow your hg is wrong, I ran 10 psi today(feeling is hella good!!), but then decided to keep it at 4 til I buy new tranny/clutch/flywheel, I ran 10 psi for a good hour and no head gasket blew, car ran real good actually.
Mysetup: sf upgraded kit without running alcohol(had none), 10 psi felt so goooooooood... sf kit thumbs up, mad props to mike(catalyst) for building such a nice manifold and turbo kit, only downside, sf fmu is hella loud. Car runs so smooth, good job mike.
this included no tune (sf fmu cannot be tuned), no alchy, stock internals, stock clutch and flywheel.
NO boost controller, just bleeded off vacum to up the boost.

The amount of boost you run doesn't mean that the HG will blow. HG's blow b/c of detonation. I have been running 9-10 psi daily for over 1 year and i am still on a completely stock motor. I have hit 11 many times and even hit 13 once.
I ran 10 psi daily for over 20 k miles. Seriously, scrap that sf fmu. It'll do nothing but damage. You are running DANGEROUSLY high fuel pressure. You need to run a safe fuel setup that you can tune and keep the motor safe. If you want more info on good fuel setups, just look around you.

yea that fmu will only cause problems. I've been in two sf cars and yea that noise is loud. Eventually, the stock fuel pump will just burn out.

catalyst told me they are just like the type-s injectors but bigger, not by much but they are bigger. so i went with them..
I dont think they are direct drop in, but with minor work they will fit
I want to ditch the sf fmu, but it works good for now, I dont know whether to go ems, and bigger injectors or fix my tranny, new tranny(04), clutch, flywheel, lsd.. either route I go, I still would need the other one cuz with the ems, I would run higher boost with stock clutch
