My car was the production test bed for the Rev Hard kit for the D17. The kit was going to be the same as mine, with a smaller intercooler and a t3 super 60 turbo instead of my t03/04b. They paid and we developed. Apparently, Rev Hard has decided that the returns on selling this kit were not worth it as they never brought it to market. I asked one of the Rev Hard people at SEMA last year why and they said it was because of a lack of interest. They decided to focus their efforts on other cars that would have a higher demand.

Rev Hard does sell the manifold that is used on my car, but they are not selling the rest of the kit.

But not as much demand as the K series kit and the Scion kits have. They decided to produce a kit that they thought they could sell more of. Sucks, I know, but at least they are still selling the manifold.

Depends on how much boost you run and how good your tuning is. Crappy tuning and only 8psi will get you to 180whp, good tuning and 10psi will get you to 225whp or above.
