As some of you may already know. I blew my headgasket on the bottle a while back, possibly one night while running with the psi too high. Shortly after discovering this damage, I made arrangements with a local shop who agreed to do all the work. I got away with dirt cheap labor cost and I had a good mechanic working on it the whole time so "I made out like a bandit" as some would say. The work I had done was with a genuine entire head gasket set replacement including a nippon leakless headgasket, arp head studs (torqued to 60lbs.), resurfaced head by the machine shop, all brandnew genuine honda belts, genuine honda front crankshaft main seal, brandnew ACT HDSS clutch kit. The shop accidentally tore the boot on my right outter cv axle boot and could not find a replacement boot so instead, gave me a brandnew axle free of charge (probably remanufactured but oh well) I waited 2 and a half weeks to get this all completed but aside from the cost that I put into parts, I only paid $482 for labor and machine shop work. WOOT! I've already gathered up several turbo parts: turbo, intercooler, FPR, fuel pump, and rc 440 injectors. Boost is only a matter of months away.
