No. We created the 1st one with it, and test it. The flex actually created some wierd reactions to engine torque. This set-up with the way we designed the shorty downpipe, it acutally allows some small degree of pivot, which worked out perfect. 

May be because I have a manual trai, so it put more stress on it when shifting?
I can't tell what change it did made to engine torque cause I installed the fuel return system at the same time and my numbers went up anyway.

Still not clear on one point. If I have an EX and want the turbo kit must I buy this piece? Even if I have the Random Technology high flow cat? Or is this just for those with DX/LX who want to have a cat and EX whom do not already have a high flow cat?
