ok...im just wondering how much boost i can safely and reliabily run on a stock d17...i'll probably run medium - rich to play it safe

my fuel management will be the e-manage, injectors and fuel pressure regulator....

so whats a safe psi to run once i get wideband dyno tuned...

some people ran 10-12 psi daily. Its all pretty much on the skill of the person dyno tuning your car.

10-12 on stock internals?? how RELIABLE is that even with a awesome tuner

the guy tuning my car is unbelievable...probably the best tuner around...http://www.lr-racing.com/main.htm

thats his website... as you see he tuned a supra for 800 whp.. and he has many 11 sec dsm's laying around the shop.... one of his workers has a h22 boosted runnin low 12's in a 1st gen integ...

im not trying to debate on his tuning abilities.

before i started having trouble with my injectors, i was running 11 psi daily. My car has been turbod for 2 years. So i would say its pretty reliable. I only broke it 1 time, which was a head gasket and i was on 4 psi. I had trouble with the fuel system and it lead to it popping a head gasket. i have had worse luck on low boost than on high boost.

After i fixed the head gasket i was running around on 10-11 psi daily until my injectors started failing on me.
