SF Turbo Piping BOV
Can anyone tell me what this gets connected to? It has 2 terminals on it, but my instructions are very unclear!!
I also see a tube on this pipe, that must go to the Boost gauge correct?
And one more thing, on top of this BOV there is a valve, do I connect my Electronic boost controller to the top of this thing?
Thanks for your time, I am still gathering information on this turbo system.

that black thing is you alcohol injection. Connect one terminal to a 12v switch power and the other to the blue and white wire on you winshield washer fluid pump. The other tube with a fitting is for you alcohol injection. Run the tube from your windshield washer pump to the tube. Lastly, the nipple on the bov is for vaccum. You need to connect this to the fmu, and boost gauge and connect that into the stock vaccum line from the map sensor.

Oh WOW - Cool! I thought SF didn't give me the Alch Injection part (me stupid). I didn't receive any alch. reservoir - so I must just fill up the windshield washer fluid with the methanol right? I couldn't see, but does that copper tube have a nozzle/sprayer on the end?
And that tube squirts alcohol into my intercooled airstream at a certain boost pressure, or all the time. So is that a pressure sensor of somesort that just activates the windshield washer (alch. sprayer hehe) pump? I have to disconnect the blue & white wire from the windshield washer pump as well right, or I could spray alch when I wipe my windows with washing fluid (which will be disconnected I guess)?
I would really like to keep my windshield fluid I use it all the time (we have 3ft of snow on the ground here now), can I just install a secondary washer bottle & pump & use that for the alcohol injection?

yes, there is a sprayer nozzle on that fitting
if you want to use your windshield washer tank, then you will need to utilize another tank with a pump. Check the forsale forum, there is a member selling a tank and pump.
The pressure sensor will activate the pump at a certain boost pressure. This pressure sensor is adjustable. There is a allen scrrew in the back of the pressure sensor. To adjust it to the boost setting that you want.........
Lower the psi setting..... turn the screw to the left as if u wanna loosen it.
Raise the psi setting.... turn the screw to the right as if u wanna tighten it.
To check this, put the hose back on your windshield washer pissers and run the car and see what boost pressure it sprays at. Then adjust from there.
Yes, disconnect the blue/white wire or everytime you reach your set boost pressure you wipers will turn on.
I suggest, set it at 6-7 psi

deciuss said that he didn't recieve his alcohol injection kit but the holes are in the charge piping. He covered them up with electrical tape which is bad. I suggest screwing in plugs since the holes are threaded.

Oh yeah, duh!
Welll I am just waiting for the -30 weather to pass for a bit then I might to installing this bad boy? Should I take out the RSX injectors or not? I don't plan on boosting much before I get it tuned properly.
Do turbo cars have any issues with really cold weather?
