get the k20a2, do basic bolt ons, then throw some cams, better springs, and a tunned ecu from hondata for buy todas package for like 2k and i asure u that u will be just as fast or faster than most srt-4s, then build ur suspension up a lil bit, if u havent already and u got the total package. fast in a straight line, fast in the curves all while having the joy of a car that loves to rev up towards 9k rpms.
But if ur not about swapping an engine i would buy a used type r and to the jdm front end conversion and just the basic modds, that would be sick. im at the same point, im either gonna swap my engine or get a different car.

RSX-S is the way to go. Neon is a no brainer if you want all out performance. Though the base is a low 14 sec car, the staged uprgrades can put u in high 12s with drs, an exhaust, and race fuel.
The RSX-S has the refinement and topend. Neopns pull, I test drove one before my scion, but the top-end excitement isn't there. The RSX-S is all excitement haha...
