97 Civic Won't Start...Again

Video of my car problem..


-Already replaced battery...car worked for a week after that
-Already replaced starter...car worked for a week after that
-Already replaced negative cable...car worked for several weeks after that
-NOW encountering same exact problem.
-Battery is showing 12.4volts so it's not drained


I apologize for the swearing in the video..I am just so frustrated...

Poor connection that can't support the load of the starter. Either of the battery cable clamps or ends.
