missing link/check valve
hey guys my sf turbo kit is on the way and before it gets here the only thing that confuses me is the map sensor isolation valve, check valve, missing link thing. first off the DIY pics on the turbo install are blury as hell and you cant even see the map sensor and where it is, let alone how to install this valve on it. if someone has some pics or knowlege that can help me make sense of it let me know. thankz.

ok, open ur hood and on the drivers side.........look down near your throttle body and looks for a small black thing that says "Denso Sensor Map"
It is held in by a phillips head screw. Unscrew it, pop it out, stick your check valve in there and stick the map sensor back ontop and secure with the longer hardware.
BTW...........if iamboo sends you the black/white check valve that SF supplies, then throw it away and buy a Synapse ML

Rep Power: 281 cool so it just goes in there, thats pretty easy i guess. im not sure what kind of ML hes gonna send me, whats wrong with the sf one? i saw the synapse one on true honda but if i can get a hold on him as see what kind hes got, ill let you know if i need to buy yours. 35 shipped is cool.

Hey would this check valve do anything on a NA car? just a thought perhaps, smooth out the idle or keep the car from drying out like it somestimes does when the RPM's drop too low???
