How Turbos Work... Not A Newbie Question!
this isn't a newbie question... i stumbled across this when i was at VW's site... navigate the flash and you'll eventually stumble across a thing for turbochargers... it explains a lot

btw, to navigate to turbos go to "vw engines" up top, then "1.8t" then down to the bottom right for "turbocharger"
