Update - Its DONE!
The installation of my turbo, that is! Today was a b!tch and a half. I test fitted everything, and removed the oil pan for welding - so far I have two problems to fix, 1 due to SF's fvckup....
I am attempting to fab my own dumptube, which is a b!tch because the AC lines run right through were it needs to run. For now, until I can get the speed shop (hopefully Titan - got my fingers crossed!) to hook me up with some custom welding, its going to be open dumptube to the ground....
Second problem I am seeing - the damn compressor inlet is soooo freakin' close to the lower radiator hose, its almost impossible to put on the silicone coupler and 3" intake piping....oye. Did anyone reroute their lower radiator hose??
Plans for tomorrow - get the final welds done on the charge pipes, dumptube, oil pan; install the RSX injectors; fabricate my boost gauge 5 volt power supply; HOPEFULLY get the oil pan back on - if Fed EX delivers the package containing my gasket from majestic honda.....
Oh man, its going to be another busy night. I have so much work ahead of me before I can at least drive the car - wires need to be cleaned up, final routing of hoses, etc - damn, I also need some steel braided hose for the freakin' oil pressure sending unit as well....that may be hard to find around here.
As soon as most of this is done, I'll snap some pictures - I can't wait myself, I'm so close, yet so far, the damn little things that get ya.....

What really gets me is the damn thermostat housing for the raidator....the freakin' SF manifold is such a crappy design - I don't understand why they put the damn compressor intake so close to the upper radiator hose...
The only thing I can think to fix this is to either make a custom hose (by clamping a few hose pieces together) or getting a new thermostat housing made, which would cost a lot. FVCK!

my intake piping is tight against my radiator hose. The hose is a little pinched and i have having no problems with running hot.
You can buy a flexible radiator hose, i am gonna look for that

Haha - yeah, I'm trying to take my time with the wire routing and all....It was a b!tch and a half hooking up my three gauges (I have an autometer A/F ratio that will read wideband now, thanks to my PLX devices wideband!). The wiring actually looks decent, but I tapped into my ignition wire and hooked up an extra fuse block, so I only have one location to tap off of - much easier to find where the power and grounds go to!
As far as the cabin - its pretty much complete! All thats left is getting my stuff back from the welder, and trying to find places to fit all of the crap under the hood (vacuum manifold, greddy pressure sensor, GM MAP sensor - for my boost gauge, etc)....Its probably not going to be done until this weekend, since work takes precidence over my car, heh. But hey - I'll be damn glad when it is done!

yeah, i hear you...i finally got a manifold finished so that i can stuff that t3t04e in my engine bay...man, that thing is a tight fit...and like you, the only time that i have to work on my car is the weekends...this weekend, i hope to get the hks ssq flange welded to my ic pipes, and get some more of the ic pipes welded up....i am shooting to be boosted again in less than 3 weeks...fingers crossed

is that a SX 1:1 and a return, if so damn good choice, as far as loudness on the open dump tube, the higher the PSI the louder it gets, i like the sound, personally, plus connecting it back to the exhaust, takes more time, more welding, and loss of HP, the tube kinda makes a sputter noise from the wastegate open/closing. sounds mean as hell, when i get the car back i might go down and get PROD AND JODSTER, to make a video so u people can finally see and here my ****.

Neither - I am losing my windshield washer bottle!
Just have to find a place to put a smaller replacement one.....
I have an LX, so I can route my piping up the drivers side (no ABS modulator).
