Swap vs turbo... 2002 Lx

Swap vs turbo... 2002 Lx I'm having trouble deciding whether i should turbo charge my crappy 115hp motor or swap with the B18 or B16 motors... my car is hella slow.. i bought it used with injen intake and a straight pipe wiht custom exhaust... its loud as hell for what it is, but doent pull for ****... i wanna be able to keep up with my friends in their GSX and Type-R .. would a turbo, or an engine swap be a better way to go, also keep in mind im not going to be able to spend more then $3500 on parts... can i do this? =x <3
you CAN'T put any B series in our car. first it is not legal and you can't find a b series after 2001. only swap is a k series and thats about $7-9k depend on where you get ur parts and who is doing the swap. SEARCH their are like 1000000x topics like this.

there's always older ones.....it's been done. Not legal....but can be done.

The B16/18 will fit if you can find motor mounts, amongst other things... Another member is doing it. It's not legal.
