Might work since the rsx injectors aren't that much larger than stock....

Speedracer32 is an unknown quantity at this point
it's a piggy back fuel system
it tells the ECU one thing when actually it's doing some thing else.

i.g. it will tell the ECU that the car is running lean when actually everything is running fine so the ecu will add more fuel to acccomodate all the extra forced air in the engine that the ECu doesn't even know is there..unless you dont have check valves or a missing link and MAP sensor starts seeing boost/pressure

shouldn't be any different from all the AFC hacks i've seen with 450's and a resistor box except the RSX are saturated and dont need a resistor box.
the only difference betweent he VAFC and the SAFC is that the VAFC lets you adjust the VTEC engagement.

Technically it does. However, you must remember that the MAP sensor is essentially a load sensor for the car. The ECU bases timing on (among other things), the MAP sensor. When you start to play around with the MAP voltage, it changes timing....which is why the Emanage is a better option - you can add more timing back in to compensate....
