Just so everyone is aware - I want to keep everyone updated on my progress with this. I have attempted to contact Mike Stafford two times today. The first time it went right to voicemail - his phone was not even on. The second time I tried, his voicemail was full.
I have sent an email to catylist stating that I am requesting a refund of my $1400. Email seems to be the only way to reach these guys. I also have stated that if I do not receive any sort of contact (be it via email or phone) that I will hire a lawyer and this will get resolved one way or another.
I am done with stafford fabrications. Their willingness to "go that extra mile" has frustrated me beyond belief. Hopefully they will get in contact and will refund my money to my paypal account so that I may finish what I have started....
Any comments are appreciated. Thanks for the support.

i feel for you more than anyone OPTO
i got a piece of **** mani and they still haven't sent you a new one
this is just one piece of a kit. It's not like they are making the first one and have to take measurements.
Good luck man

on topic:
Kinda makes no sense banning them if they never come on the site anyway.
Yo Opto, I'm almost in the same boat. I ordered the kit through Eddie (truehonda) and have sent SF several messages regarding my kit. I have arranged a cut-off date of July 1st (ordered mid-February) to receive my refund from Eddie, since I paid him, not SF directly. I am sure the GB people, myself included, will fully back him if he decides to pursue legal action against SF.

Its more for protection of other 7thgen members - I don't want to see anyone else get screwed because they think that SF is god.
What has happened has happened. We should not let it happen to other members. Their site is down, other vendors have pulled support for their products - by banning them there is no way that they can sell their kit here anymore until things get straightened out.
I'm truly glad that Eddie has jumped on board with this, as I feel he is getting screwed far more than I am.
The amount of money SF has from us warrants a class action law suit. I can only hope they make good and return our money.
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i told everyone in a that longass thread about sf... i said "ya sf's goin down hill from here cuz they cant handle it". everyone said "theyre just expanding blah blah blah" HAH told you

Lets STOP with the talk about Stafford. If you are waiting for something, then post in the tracking thread.

EDIT: For those not wanting to look at the link, Derek has suspended SFPower....
