Congrats man, post up some pics already. Anyway, on the back of the pressure switch there is a little rubber seal. Take it off and there is an allen screw there. That is your adjustment screw. You just have to play with it to get it right. Also...Did you get an oil restrictor with the kit?

install went SMOOTH...really it did...well I had some good experienced guys doing most of the work while I learned and played TB and helper lol....anyways...when I get her cleaned up... I will post up pics...the plan is to put the wideband on there tomorrow...will let u know how it goes....5psi feels good and 8psi feels good so far...I've only done 8psi once and I ride with my boost controller off the rest of the time and just go off the acuator....boostin' is ADDICTIVE..even my lil' water sprinkler BOV sounds good to me (b/c its new to me)
sweet...will adjust the alcohol tomorrow...

hmm.......how do you adjust it to know what psi it is activated ?????
anywayz, i found a place that sells racing alcohol, so i run it straight. Running it straight will give you more power but will cause hot spots. The water is used to cool the intake temp. If i go on semi-long trips, i'll throw some water in there then and maybe some ice.

Yes, Pics Pics Pics!!
Props on using a wideband, not alot of people use those. In the long run, the extra money will go a long way when you really want to tune your car.
Are you using PLX wideband? if not, which one?

To see where the alcohol comes on, just hook the hose back up to the washer sprayers and go for a ride. when the alcohol hits the windshield look at the boost gauge.

yeah that or either put your ignition on the ON position, get an air compressor and take off your air filter and pipe that goes to it...pressurize it (run air from the compressor into the piping) and have someone to push down on the gas till u see at what psi your alcohol injects at so u dont have alcohol on your windshield...lol....thanx to fuchs though for telling me how to adjust it...now I have mine set at 7psi instead of 4.2psi where it was originally set at....

i'd also like to see pics, of both the alc injection and the overall turbo kit installed, especially the FMU, throttle body, and oil lines to the turbo... those are the most confusing parts to me. i've been requesting pics for a long time and still no one comes forward
all I'm waiting for now are the intercooler mounting rods and fuel hoses-- been waiting for 2 months
