How to set the greddy profec b spec II

I dont know how to set the low and high cuz it shows it in percent and I dont know what PSI i would be at. Can someone tell me there setting.

Ya but that isn't going to help. I don't think that you can control boost below what your wastegate spring is rated at with the Profec. I've tried everything and I still get spikes. Here's the basics:

The GAIN setting is used to control spiking. The first and third settings must be as close as possible to reduce spiking. The first setting is relative to the max psi your turbo can put out. Meaning 100% is MAX. Let's say you want to run 5 psi and your turbos max is 20 psi. Set the first setting to 25% and the third setting to 5 psi. If you want to run 10 psi set the first setting to 50% and the third setting to 10 psi.

Something I've found that makes a huge difference....

Once you start setting it, cycle from hi to lo or lo to hi. Make sure to do this everytime you start the car and once you get it set, the spikes will be gone. It made a huge difference with consistency on mine.

yeah i've also noticed that but I'd rather not cycle it like that. If you keep messing with it, you'll get consistent settings. Personally though I don't like this boost controller =\
