Just take it to a muffler shop and have them shorten your EX down pipe.

ya the only problem is the length of the downpipe. just get some custom piping at your muffler shop. should not be more than $100 at most.

yup, as simple as that. just a downpipe extension/shorting, not sure which one, but that is all that has to be done.

Take your Turbo, Manifold, and Downpipe for the turbo with you to the muffler shop. Have them bolt the manifold with the turbo and downpipe on your motor and measure out what they need to shorten your EX downpipe to fit.

Here's the easiest way to do it.
Once we bolt the entire turbo kit together, we can take off everything after the downpipe. Keep the muffler if you want to use it and find an exhaust shop to put on a 3" testpipe to the muffler and you're good. Shouldn't run more than 100, in fact, Cliff had his done in Shreveport by some guy who only charged him like 50 bux. I got you on that.

Ok, your kit will come with a downpipe. It should have a flange on the end of the downpipe. All an exhaust shop needs to do is fit your exhaust pipe to the flange on the downpipe. It's not that big of a thing to do. That's why I say, you may as well go full custom now instead of waiting and deciding to do it later. It'll give you much bigger gains.
