KMS intake manifold + SF
What are your thoughts on using the KMS intake manifold with the SF kit. I was one of the fools that learned the hard way on this thing but the runners are very short and i know that on a NA application you actually lose power but on a FI any thoughts on how it would perform. Would it be worth using it or leaving the IM stock
ive got the KMS im with sf kit... never got it dynoed before my engine blew lol... but ill have some numbers within a month or so with the sf kit and kms im...

Shorter runners are notorious for helping FI applications. Shorter runners help airflow on higher rpms but you end up losing intake velocity at lower rpms (hence less torque). You usually need a cam with a higher powerband and larger lift and duration to better utilize the intake, but obviously it's not required....
I think if you match the IM and SF kit, you should be quite happy....
