it never goes above 12...well maybe 12.1 right around 4600, so when it does go a lil wacky its always rich, therefore it wont blow up

nice numbers, you post vids. does you engine jerk hard when you change gears. i remember a while back when cat was doing the dyno the car jerk pretty hard and that is only at 7psi.
You would think you would have a lot higher numbers. My run was on 10psi and pump gas. I was running lean and power band leveled out at 5,000 rpm. Do you have bad turbo lag. It just seems to jump all of a suden when you hit boost. Mine had a more curve to it untill it started leaning out. Once mine is tuned I should be around 225hp at the same psi.

also u make max power at 4k, after my 4k i just keep going up in power, and why did u stop at 6500 rpm, why didnt u take it on out
and yes tuning is with the emanage

What kind of "custom" turbo set-up are you running?

Your lower compression pistons answered my question. I was just wondering why you had such a spike in horse power.
Is timing very important. Your thread is the first one I have ready that mentions adjusting it.

yeah good thing u caught that...
He's retarded the ignition 4 degrees, and installed lower comp pistons. Both take away some power but add quite a bit to reliability.
Considering what you have tuned man those numbers are nice, keep up the good work.

Also I just noticed that you dynoed on a Dyno Jet.
I'd like to see those numbers on a Mustang Dyno because they are load-bearing dynos like a clayton; they use water to run though hydrolic rollers to create resistance on the wheels, creating a more "real world" simulation. Some people say this allows them to tune better b/c you're acutally putting stress on the car, some say it doesn't matter. Either way mustang and other dynos like it tend to read lower than DynoJets (P&J, where ourt dyno was done) which just measure constants to get power numbers from the drums. And usually DynaPack (hub based dyno, you remove the wheels and connect the dyno to the rotors, like Carbonfly posted ) dynos read highest, unless the dyno place inputs wheel/tire size and rotational mass into the equation.

yea i know about the mustang and dynojet difference, the only mustang dyno in the area is run by a bunch of kids who have had the dyno since november, my shop doesnt want to mess with a bunch of kids that dont know how to run their own dyno and screw his tuning up, ill eventually get the time and money to strap her down to the mustang dyno these kids have for one pass at the same psi and see what it gets, but for now, loot is low

hahah congrats!
