Did Truehonda hook you up with the $2,700 Gb deal? That was a hella deal too, almost $400 off of retail. Let us know how it goes and if you DIY make sure you give yourself 10 hours for the install. I guess DIY is like a tatoo it hurts but afterwords you can look at it and take some pride in what you have.
Yep, I just got the basic kit with the equal length manifold and the alcohol injection. With all of these people talking about their turbo I can't wait to get my kit and put it on. I'll probably do it myself. futurersxswap said he'd help for a fee and I'll probably take him up on that so I don't screw anything up.

I am sure it will go on w/o a flaw. I did mine with know clue of what I was doing. In the end w/ a little help (no plug this time, it is getting to cheesy) it all is working out great. At six pound of boost on the way home I had about 4 kills . cant complain at all.

Any suggestions that might help me out or make it go faster that the DIY doesn't say?

Find a oilpan from a junk yard. Before you plan on the install set it up with the oil drain fitting. That will save almost an hour. The time you take drilling and then cleaning all the metal particles out and then cleaning off all the old gasket will save a DIY'er close to an hour.

Besides that get your piping tight the first time. Get it tight and then tighten some more. Mine blew off about three times. That is about another hour worth of jacking up the car and trying to get your hand and tools in a tight fit. To re do something simple is a waiste of time.

Stay away from elctr boost controlers. I found out today that everyone who has blown an engine on 7thgen has had one. i pulled mine off this morning.

Run methanol dont waiste your time and money like I did on buying 91% alch. I found out that you can get it from paint supply shops cheap by the gallon.

Wire up a air/fuel gauge and boost gauge in advance before your install date. that will save another 30-60 mins(depending on how good you are).

Gut out your front bumper a head of time. Cut out all the plastic that turns inside the bumper(the intercooler and piping is a close fit. also you could hammer in the spot of the support beam that the piping wraps around. that is worth at least 30 min.

I guess you could spend a little bit of time once every couple of days and the day of your install it will go easier.

Hope this helps. Anyone else have ideas?

how DO YOU THINK YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH SAYING THAT BULLSHIT

most people blow **** up bc they dont know what the **** they are doing

it has nothing to do with the fact that one has an electronic boost controller
