I will be throwing combinations all over the place. All in due time, pretty soon you are going to be like wow, wow, wow, dyno after dyno.

Do I understand that correctly? Are you moving your shop to Vegas? If so, that rules for me. As I am in Flagstaff, Az and only 4 hours away, and I graduate in May and get to get a realy job with real money...this could rock!!!!

Axles will be fine no worries there, unless you get really high on the power which you could, then I would keep away from hooking up really hard off the line. As for your tranny if you get deep enough into it, send me your diff and I will weld it so your tranny should be just fine.
if i order by the end of the week...will i be one of the first 6? i just don't want to wait for your next shipment of 25...i just want it ASAP! ^_^ let me know so i know when to send $$
well thats great u guys are doing all of this for our cars and even better that u guys are mobin out to vegas cause i LIVE HERE!! i just ordered my sf kit so after that then i will get the tb/intake manifold. but one question. 74 mm seems really big. my friends mustang gt has a 75mm tb and i could of sworn that i see aftermarket tb's that are like 60 or maybe even 65mm's.. thanks

DH: PnP heads, TB w/ port matched IM, 10lb flywheel and clutch
SF Turbo kit w/all upgrades: equal lenght, upgraded turbo, methanol inj, etc..
Vafc2, Turbo XS dual boost controler, Greddy Turbo timer, Denso IK22's.
Underdrive pulley, Geddy Evo exhaust and catless down pipe.
What is a reasonable horse power for this setup and at what point should I get my diff. welded.

That's gonna give crazy power if everything works out. I have a VAFCII already and it has tons of tuning stuff. I'm also looking at ported head from DH soon.

My only worry is that this is my daily driver. I want to make sure I do it right. The heads, TB and IM will let me get more power w/ less boost, which should be better overall qaulity. I am hoping for 250-270 horse power with boost set high and hope for 200 horse power with boost set low. Thats why I ordered the Turbo XS dual stage controler.
What do you think Josh. What would you recomend I add. Hurry before the credit limmit runs out

About Your Welded Diff. I always run one, if you have any muscle then it's easy to drive. I love it because I know all my power it being distributed evenly between the two wheels.
I was saving for an engine swap. Until, I saw amazing numbers put out by Cat and started leaning towards keeping my D17 w/turbo and heads. I was able to get an awsome deal on the turbo setup from "torque king". I was not going to go with the PnP for a while. But after I saw the picture of the billet TB I was hooked and then figured what the hell and put the whole DH package on the credit cards.

We will be having meets there, parties, ect.... I will have one meet yearly where I will expect people to take time off and drive the distance to show up. I am planning on having 500+ of our customers there at this meet, and to drive the Vegas streets. If you want to be on National TV for a meet like this then believe it will happen

I here ya. The only thing needed for cruise would be a second place for another cable right next to the throttle cable. Ahhh the price we pay for speed
What other applications does your 74mm throttle body fit?

Bigger runners? I already have them on our custom one. It is higly designed to flow like a champ. Our throttle body fits everything from WRX's, to civics to S2000's, ect.. Pretty much everything we have found can work with it.
I have a SOHC 1.6 with a better flowing head then your motors already, and I still picked up 26 on this combo with a stock ported manifold, so you guys with more stroke, and the manifold being the weakest part of your motor should see the same if not more

Quick question about the SAFC and tuning? I will be getting your combo here, already got the duel groove, then the SAFC, then more exhaust work, then the PNP. Now my question is, should I wait till I get everything to get the car tuned? I mean all that will come throuhout the rest of the year.

Custom is better for boost being the plastic won't like the pressure of a turbo. As for your tuning question the SAFC and VAFC would do just fine till you have all the parts then I would do a dyno trip for peak power, but the V and SAFC will get you pretty close.
