k20 swap

Is there anyone who has done the swap who would be willing to write up a detailed DIY for the wiring? I am about to order the ETM for the civic and rsx, but if anyone would be willing to help me out, i would like to avoid buying the books. If no one comes through, i'll write up a nice DIY for the swap, It's all apart in my garage right now, and i'm just getting into the "put it back together" stage, so it should be done in a couple weeks, only because i'm ultra slow! ! ! Thanks anyone who can help!

want a diy for the wiring?

call hasport or go to there website www.hasport.com and tell them you need a wiring harness for a k20 swap in a 02 civic. Trust me you don't want the headache of figuring it out yourself.

how much does the conversion harness cost??? I was also thinking about swapping the entire harness. I have my dashboard and complete interior out, so i was thinking if i swap the gauge cluster and the heat/ac controls, i would be able to use all the RSX stuff.....i didn't look at it too carefully yet because its a big pain to take the old civic harness out, if i'm just going to end up putting it back in....

I called HASport, and their conversion harness is $300 with a 2 week turn around time. I haven't decided if I want to go this route yet though...i might go through the hassle of figguring it out myself, if i do that, I will gladly keep track of everything I do in order to write up a DIY.

But hey if you can figure it out, then i guess your car will be DIY then mine
