port and polish useless?

Hey guys. Say I get my head ported...and sometime in the distant future I blow my motor. Will my head be useless? Can i keep the head and just get a new bottom end?

that depends if any part of the head was damaged as well as the bottom.

yeah, it's unlikey that u will damage ur head unless u are constanly redlining all the time. Heads take the brunt of abuse by redlining.
