Problems with Idle Control valve w/turbo

I just wanted to see if anyonesle has had any problems with their idle control valve popping a code after putting the car in park, or when pushing the clutch in or nuetral. I have had problems with this ever since I got my kit. I have recently converted from an auto to a manual though, and the car doesn't do it as much but lags when I shift. I ordered a new idle control vavle from Honda for a manual, they told me that should fix the lag btw shifting, they also said they have had problems with that valve on the new civics...just wondering if anyone else has had or heard of this and has any suggestions?

The valve is part number 1 on this picture it is on the throttle body and has coolant running through it.

I bought all of it for like 150, cause I know the guy in the parts dept at honda. I put it on tonight and it still lags when I shift. I think it is cause the ecu has to relearn that sensor, and I also still have to reset that code that popped b.c. of the old valve. I am getting the codes reset tomorrow so I hope it all works out, if that isn't it do ya'll have any other suggestions?
