Oil is coming out of your breather filter on your crankcase, or your air filter (intake)?
If it's the intake, bad oil seal on the turbo, bent valves, or many other horrible things. Most common is bad oil seal on turbo tho.
If it's the breather filter... a LITTLE oil coming out is normal. More than a few drops after a very hard run usually signifies blown rings. If it's gushing... might as well pull the motor and rebuild.

Anyways, you can have blown rings and still have most of your power. Do a compression check and then a leakdown test if you do have a lot of oil out your intake and have checked your turbo's oil seals. Do a few tests before you worry too much, it could be something simple and easy to fix.
Tell me what you don't like about yourself....
