There is no maintenance, really. I use antifreeze for the a/w intercooler. If I just used water here, it'd freeze with the low temps. I just use store bought rubbing alcohol for the injection. You can also use methanol as well. Refilling depends on how hard you drive. If you hit high enough boost to turn it on in every gear, it won't last you very long at all. I say typically a refill would be every one to two weeks.
