question for CATALYST
hey man you said before that you ran a 13.6 on your stock clutch..thats awesome
...so i imagine you wouldnt think it to be absolutely necessary for me to upgrade cluthes with my planned 75 shot then?? I'm doing the nitrous but dont think i'll have the $$ for the upgraded clutch till next year or so....who thinks i'll be ok?
question to anybody : how much would install be on a clutch. not including the cost of the clutch itelf..just the install.

man... cat did that partially due to his good driving skills.. and it isnt sudden like nitrous, a good driver can drive stock clutch with turbo for a while.. but with nitrous its just plain gonna blow at some time.... thats how it is, nitrous is harder on the clutch... clutch install should be around $200 or so depending on where you go.... i wouldnt go nitrous with stock clutch, atleast NOT with a 75 shot especially...

i have no video of mine.. but im no vendor... ive got no reason to lie.. and im right behind him by about .06 of a second... if i had a 2.0 60' like he did i wouldve been in the 13.5's.... i just need better tires... BELIEVE IT!!!! we will BOTH have vids of 12s in the spring.. i just found a guy with a digi-vid cam so i can take pics at the track, only day we went it rained, so no runs on vid, now its winter, so you'll have to wait.. but cats can can FO SHO hit 12s now... probly 12.6 or so... baller!
