ANYONE with an AUTOMATIC and NITROUS

I just purchased a Zex nitrous system,50shot with purge kit...anyways dont "flame" me for asking this question because i honestly searched..and if i overlooked something..just point me in the direction..koo? ok, well i was just wondering, I got an auto ex..now, from a complete stop can i just floor it (the whole wide open throttle thing)? Because ive read that you shouldn't use nitrous until past 2500 or 3000rpm...also since i have an automatic..say i push the pedal like 3/4 until it reaches 2500 then i floor it (keeping in mind that i stay in D, not 2 or D3) my rpms just rise to like 4500 or somewhere around there..so can someone (PLEASE)break this down in a polite way.

peace

Keep the switch off.....when you get to the line, purge it (with the switch off). Wait until right before the Christmas tree is set up. Then hold the brake with your left foot and lightly hit the gas to get the RPM's rising alittle bit. Then let go of the brake quickly and floor it right before the green light appears. As soon as your RPM's run up to about 3500 and toss the switch on.

I had an NX kit a couple summers ago and had some money issues and was forced to sell the kit. Now I am building my spare D17 for boost or a rediculous amount of nitrous.

It will be boost in the end. I may decide to have some fun with nitrous for this coming summer. We'll see
