Talking Turbo setup (pictures! 56k death)

Ok....here are the essentials....

Turbo and manifold

Emanage (injector and ignition harness not hooked up yet)

Intercooler, turbo, and manifold

I'm using the HKS turbo manifold with a Garrett GT25 turbo. My intercooler is from Tyrus at johnnyracecar.com. I will be using 2.5" powdercoated mild steel intercooler piping, a 440cc sub-injector(controlled by the emanage) with the greddy weld-on injector holder. HKS Super Sequential BOV with steel flange will be in sometime this week, along with an APEX'i auto timer. I will use a greddy profec B boost controller in the near future.

Let us know how that hks mainfold works. I remember some pepes talking smak about the material it was made from; and also, where the turbo mounts on the manifold causing thing to be moved or modified so the turbo fits.

But, that is tight I wish I had a turbo set up.

The HKS manifold is made of ductile iron, its superior to most materials. I have no fitment issues, i have already test fit the manifold and turbo, the turbo clears everything with no problem. We tapped the manifold for an EGT sensor this afternoon, the ductile iron is a great material to work with.

I am. I'm using 2 3" 16 gauge stainless steel donut bends, a 3-bolt exhaust housing flange, a 4 bolt exhaust flange, a 3" flex pipe(with ends), and probably peices left over from the intercooler piping. I'm removing the cat aswell.
