Alcohol Inj Recall!!!!
If you purchased our alcohol inejection module, please send it back to us. It has a minor defect that could cause catastrophic engine failure. I seem to be the only person this has happened to, but just to be safe please send in your unit for replacement. We only need to replace one small part, so send in the fitting/nozzle/tube section to us.

Well, i think that everything will be ok. Since the piece that came off was copper, i think it will be soft enough to not do any damage. I looked at the top of my piston (through the spark plug port) and didnt see any damage to the piston. There are little dimples with copper in there, but doesnt look like it got scarred or anything.

My car is up and running. It isnt overheating and my compression is fine. I will post a picture of what we pulled out of the cylinder and my spark plug.
John, yours isnt the jettable one, so you dont have to change it. I think iamboo is the only other guy with the jettable one. I just posted this thread to make sure of that. I dont think we sent out any others, but I could be wrong.
