The kit comes with an adjustable wastegate. To raise the boost you have to tighten the actuator arm. And the kit comes preset at 5-7 psi

I have a question that doesn't affect too many of us here but it is an issue for me. I am one of the few that own an HX 5-speed. I know that there isn't much difference in the engine mechanicaly but electronicaly, there is a difference. Will the engine be getting enough fuel to support the needs of a turbo due to the lean burn charactoristics of the HX? The HX engine does have the VTEC but I don't think this will be a factor.

it will work. We turbod an HX CVT. As long as the transmission isnt any bigger than the standard 5 speed or automatic, the kit will fit.

I agree, this is a great reference. I also agree that the SF kit is sound better and better with only minimal problems. If the kit comes preset to 5-7 psi.....so does this mean I can run 5-7 psi for 100k miles and still have a engine that runs if, Of course assumeing I did all my regular maintinence.

texas, that is correct. As long as you keep it at the settings you get, and you do the normal stuff, it should last a long time.

I obviously have a 9.9 compression. I am going to put a turbo on and run 8lbs. Would i have to lower that much? Plus, what can I do to lower it? I have heard of a head-block spacer??
