Dual exhaust good for boost?
Will having a dual exhaust help for turbo apps? I know back pressure is the enemy but on our small engines would this be too little? I'm guessing it wouldn't sound that good but hey...

I figured that, only brought it up because my WW bumper has the bottom shaped to a way that dual tips would look nice, I'll stick with my 2.5" setup then. BTW- SRT-4 comes with dual stock.

I should have clarified my original question then, that was what I was referring to for boost, I know tru duals is completely pointless but i thought 2 TIPS, single exhaust wouldn't have been as bad.

well you gotta look at it this way then. Sorry for using APC products...
2 outlets 2 inch tips

1 outlet 4 inch tip.
When reguarding tips on a muffler its all looks, theres no performance difference between these two. It all maters on the inards off the muffler, not the outlets.

the tip has a slight effect on sound though,
the smaller, the more resonance, the larger, the more hollow it sounds. not much but enough to notice.
I like a crapload of resonance and a relatively deep tone on mine.
I dont like that chainsaw sound all the other exhausts give you.
I saw a 7thgen pulling out of my apt. complex yesterday and I almost pissed my pants it sounded so good.
Nice, deep, resonant, muffled tone
Why do we still call them mufflers, when thats not really what they end up doing? Most I've heard, theres nothing "muffled" about them.
