Un necessary parts?
I am making this poll to get some feedback on the kits. Is there anything that needs to be changed? Moved? Added? Taken Out?
I sell this kit as a complete kit, is there anything i am missing? Is there anything i sent that isnt required?
For the last 7 years of doing forced induction and custom work, i have never produced a kit to be sent out. Everything has been built in house on the car. So i am looking for some feedback on how i am doing.
And yes, we are working on the written instructions for installing the kit.
Thanks for your support.

hmmm...
i didnt get a breather filter...
i think thats pretty much it...unless you decided against shipping one out with the kit
changes?
hmmm...my bov is mounted to the tb bonnet in such a way that it interferes with my neuspeed front strut bar...the bov is mounted on the side closest to the firewall...it needs to be moved about an inch or so...i think the middle of the bonnet would suffice...
i can twist it around a bit to make it fit but as the engine moves around the bonnet pops itself off pushing against the strut bar...
my big turbo air filter pipe mashes against a coolant hose...i've talked to you about it before...it may or may not become a problem later on...i'm not overheating but its something you probably would want to change
the fuel kit is noisy as hell...i think its the weak bracket on the FMU holding the entire thing on...if it were replaced with a thicker bracket i think it would work much better...at idle it vibrates like crazy...perhaps some kind of rubber straps or something simliar to catalysts kit would help too...

breather filter missing,i tought it was included.my intake pipe is too close to the top radiator hose,if installed it will be rubbing.you should add the synapse missing link it would look cleaner without vaccum lines.the hole for the iat sensor was small so i had to drill it bigger,i dont know if it was only mines, and an option to choose which bov you want.thats about it.oh is there anything you can do to reroute the pipe that goes to the intercooler, i miss my foglights.thats about it for me

damn.... i have the nuespeed strut tower bar.... i think i might be screwed... mike>>>??? any way to move that BOV over a little, or i will have to try and trade bars with my friend, and i DONT wanna do that.... i have vinyl on my car for nuespeed... this could be bad...
im ordering the kit next week.. but i would prefer it better if the intercooler piping was rerouted so that we wouldnt have to bend or bang something with a hammer. and the strutbar issue is another one too along with the noisy FMU. otherwise, perfection!!!!
ohhh and umm, i dont really wanna drill into the firwall either. i hope that u can find a way to mount the fuel line stuff and to route the wiring somewhere else than drilling holes into the firewall. the oil pan is all good. its replaceable so i understand that. now the firewall... too much hassle to replace if it can be replaced incase of going back to stock.
im sorry if i sound like im asking for too much, but i really prefer bolt on with no modification at all, just simple bolt on and plug in. i dont mean to offend u mike so just incase i did im sowwie.
p.s. splicing the black and yellow wire? can u just stick the wire in the same socket as the black and yellow wire instead of splicing? and whats a proper connector for the wire that goes on the red painted scrue?

We already fixed the strut tower problem. And you can mount the fuel kit anywhere you want. We just like that spot because it looks sweet there, and you dont have to use a lot of fuel line. We know that it is a bit noisy, so we are going to do some tesing with some stuff to see if we can quiet it down. My best suggestion would be to put some dynamat between the kit and the firewall. That will quiet it down a lot.
The only other way to run the intercooler piping would to go under the car and then up and into the intercooler. if you do that, you will grind off all of your piping and have holes after a week of going in and out of your drive way. Or we could use smaller piping, but that would just be dumb because it wont move the amount of air we want, and we would lose efficiency.

Hey SF Power,
Installing the kit this weekend and we are missing the breather filter, nutrod for the intercooler. Not anything a trip to the parts store wouldn't fix.
Having the rubbing on the coolant hose a little too and a longer piece of rubber tubing from the air pipe to the turbo inlet may help (used my AEM SRI for it).
Not done yet but everyone that has seen what we have done so far and thinks it is a GREAT kit.
Thanks for the hard work, wish us luck on oil connections tonight!

*gets chills*
i can't f*cking wait to order my kit!!! i'm excited about the water/alcohol injection set up being worked on too! with the combination of the w/a injection kit, and the NX intercooler sprayer, ya think it'd run with a way dense charge? that would be rad.
