yeah hey guys, i searched everywhere for the shiftboot adapter from acura even in this forum , the adapter has been discontinued as u all know . do u guys also know where to get some? ne sites? or around here

what is this shift boot adapter you speak of? i have a shift boot in my auto... hahha

when u have a manual transmisson, your stock shift **** has a clip on the bottom to hold up the shift boot. If u want to change ur shift **** for an aftermarket one u unscrew the stock shift **** and screw on the aftermarket one. however most aftermarket shift ***** do not have a clip so the shift boot ends up not being attched. the shift booth adapter is a clip that hold up ur shift boot. its likr a round black piece of plastic with a big hole in the middle for the shifter.
