Take front bumper off and put it on.
They are just held by clips and screws.

Easy.

it is held by 4 screws, one in each fenderwell, and two underneath, their are I beleve 8 clips if I remember correctly, 2 bigger ones at the ends of the bumper underneath and dont forget the 2 upper ones under the hood... make shure to get a friend to help or put a piece of cardboard down so you dont scratch the bumper. Once you get all the clips/screws off... go to one of the headlights and pull toward you on the bumper by gripping it in the wheel well, it should pop right off toward you... the bumper is held in by alot of clips inside the bumper (not the kind you have to remove, so dont worry, it just slides in and out of these clips) then when you have one side loose, go to the other and pull it off, it should just fall down (this is why you need cardboard/friend) if you have any more questions, I have taken my bumper off way to many times (DIY cleared headlights, then i later blacked them out, then I resealed them, installed a new horn, altezza grill 2 times) so I should be able to help you out... good luck

EDIT: here is the link to the DIY for clearing your headlights, it has a good bumper removal inforation w/ pics DIY
