Okay bro... No question is stupid because you’re not the only one that had that question. But this question has been covered before. You can find more in the Forced Induction/Swap forums.
Check these links out....
This link is about common questions about the K20 swap….

Do it. Make sure its done before the meet.
With a Civic Si engine (K20a3) you will probably get 170hp which is equivalent to a average boosted d17 IMO.
If you want some real horsepower you should go with the RSX type S/New Civic Si engine (K20a2/K20z something). With this engine you will get about or close to 200hp. But of course the engine will be harder to find in a good price. But hey either way you go will be kick ***!

well right now im trying to figure out if i cancel my extended warranty package, will a check be mailed to me for the remaining difference or will it be taken off the top of my premium on the loan?....if i get mailed a check then done!
one cool thing about it would be since i work at a dealership i could go ahead and order it with a p.o., and get dealer cost on it as long as i would have the money payed back to the dealership before the end of the month.

Well i know for a fact you can cancel your extended warranty and they will refund (at a prorated amount) back to the premium on your vehicle.
Ive just heard though in some cases that they will actually mail you a check for the prorated amount. i guess it just depends on the warranty company seeing how there is only like 50 million of them in america lol.
