what about Hella? Hella has been around for ages, they know their stuff...really good high quality material. If i were gonna rank Hella HID's with the other HID's on the market...Philips, and Hella would be at a tie for first. Whats really cool about these that i havent seen on any other brand is that it is only single ballast, not double.

any kelvin output you want really...im not too sure how the price would flex depending on the kelvin...all i know is that my buddy can get me 6000k for $415 shipped...and he has 7000k that he got for $415 shipped.
I dont know about the bixenon...we both have projectors on our cars, so they have different bulbs for high and low, but i will ask if he can get the bixenon.
