umm.
fight it. thats all i can say.
most likely the chp guy doesnt live near the the county court house that u are assigned. as a result when u fight the ticket he probably wont come. and did u really go 90? because i have sped and didnt realize that i was going that fast until i got pulled over.
o and go to ur library and check out a book about fighting ur ticket. it has lots of useful hints on what to say in court.

No man how can I go over 90 in less than a 1/4 mile. yes I'll fight it. I'll go to the Law Libary and look for information.
I know what you mean that you didn't realize you were going that fast. That's what happend to me on my first ticket.

I just don't want to go to court with a mentality like this: "Please God don't let the cop show up." Becuase then he'll show up and i have nothing. So i'm asking for advice on what stuff to look for in the Law Libary, or if i need to take proof that my car can't accelerate from to over 90 mph or even 80 mph in about 1/8 of a mile?
Thanks for you help.

good luck man...thats all i gotta say....not trying to give up hope on u or nothing, but from seeing what happened to my friends, u will most likely lose..regardless...they'll just be like, why would a cop lie?
.....you'll get your ticket down, but u will probably lose..on of my friends had this professor friend of his, PROVING that he COULD NOT POSSIBLY do the speed that he was cited for with the condition of and all the turns on the road....then the judge just asked the cop if he saw my friend speeding ( forgot how fast he got cited) and that was that, my friend lost...so yeah...like i say, good luck bro. just get all the proof u can and have a good argument..sorry i dont think this helps much but yeah. peace

Yesterday I talked to my business law teacher and he said that Things don't look good for me. The best time I could do was to delay the trial and hope that the CHP gets transfer to some other place; even if he doesn't get transfer by waiting a long time he might forget some or all of the details. Most likely all he will have is just the ticket. He also mention to play stuppid to admit I was goin 69mph and to state that the cop got me at 69 as well but that he gave me a ticket for 80. He said that cops are train to estimate speeds within 5 mph so the judge might think that the cop overstimated, but this doesn't happen so often.
He recommended not to argue too much with the cop for I don't have any experience in Traffic Court and the Cop has more experience and will even lie to not look stupid.
