accident
well i though i would nvr get in one and i always drive careful and today was the day. I was taking my little brother to his school when on highway 26 a guy brakes hard and doesnt put his signals on, so i (since its the broken lines and i can pass) pass in the left lane and this guy turns in on me and hits me. At first i got hella scared. Everybody was alright and my car is cool but the fender is fuked up bad. No door damage, a little scratch on front bumper but other then that i was lucky. This will really halt my project and now i am need of money. Sorry i had to vent but this sucks. Btw it was his dads car and he used his dads insurance. Man so he didnt even care.

Glad you didn't get hurt, that's what's important.
It seems that every person I have ever known, when they first start driving, within a year they get in an accident. I think it's something that's like, required... you have to be in some accident to make you respectful of driving and how incredibly dangerous it can be, because everyone starts out and takes it for granted...
So glad you're OK.

yea i know i might go through the insurance now because he is acting all shady and i talked to an officer and basically its no fault so i am going to find a way where we both settle by ourselves. I can fix my damage for less then 200 and he can prob for cheaper if he searches, so will see, but yea he is trying to blame it on me. and in that post i was meaning my car. Later

yeah if he's acting shady then go through insurance and screw him over. If you were already in the lane and he hit you then its 100% his fault. You have to yield to oncoming traffic when switching lanes. If you go through insurance then his insurance company will probably pay for your damages and make his insurance go up as well.
Good luck
