Its interesting how the day after I posted my "Stolen Deck?" topic, my parents van gets jacked. T'was a '02? Toyota Sienna. Browinish colored.
They live about 30 min away from Sac. in a small town called Davis. Iono if you guys heard of it, but its a pretty quiet town.
So anywhoo, my mom had the ignition on when she left for the old "I only was in the house for 30 seconds".
When she came out, the van was gone. The neighborhood she was in was one of the nice areas too. Broad daylight sometime in the afternoon.
A couple hours later, Woodlad Police Dept. (about 15 away from Davis) reported that they had found the vehicle in Woodland.
Iv'e never felt so thankfull for the po's up to this time.
If you guys have any idea which shi*bag from the Yolo-Countyarea did this, or overhear any dumbass claiming that they took a van out for a joyride, please do tell. I'll take their mother for a joyride in return.
Then smash their car.
And take their sister out for a joyride.
Maybe then will I be staisfied.
O.. btw.. Do the police take fingerprints on the steering wheel of the car?
El Fin.
*UPDATE*
It turns out there were 3 suspects. One 19 year old UCD student and a 18 and a 16 year old. They were all skank ho's.
Their dumbasses took the car to Wooland when they ran a stop sign. Thankfully a cop was there and pulled them over. Inside, the police found the 3 bitches, and a couple of guys.
So, long story short, my mom wanted to not press charges if everything in the vechicle was returned. Unfortunentally, the purse was at one of the bitches house.
So the police are at the bitches house looking for the purse. And my parents are just awaiting their phone call.
Now I understand there is a police officer in the forum. If you can hook it up with the name, (or names) of the suspects and/or address, I will be forever indebted to you.

Pot heads all of them........
police wouldnt take prints after the van was recovered. they would've done it if they had prints and van was recovered yet.
has the suspects been caught yet?
im guessing some kids just wanted to take it for a joyride and junk it somewhere after 10min or so. IF DAVIS is really full of potheads, im sure there must be drunkies/crackheads/etc that would only steal a random minivan and junk it after 10min+ or so.

i would press charges on the youngins but not the ucd student. reason being that person has a chance of being someone who will pay so many taxes she can pay for her friends jail time.

Yeah, there must be some justice. People can't just go around stealing cars... There must be a lesson learned, or they'll be stealing more cars.
