I have a tint on my car that's really high quality, some kind of performance tint. Only certain shops have this kind of tint, not sure exactly what it is... but I got it for a tad over $200 in Livermore.
Where in the "Bay Area" do you want to get this done? Because the "Bay Area" is a pretty big place, if you said "east bay" or "south bay, north bay, peninsula" or whatever it would be easier

but as dark as u want on the rear n back sides. i think he charges around 200 - as do most places around the bay.

exactly. dont complain you n0ob
hi-fi in oakland downtown/east does all 5 windows for $150 with lifetime warranty. they normally charge 160 but u can talk them down to 150 anytime. and 150 is still considered exspensive. buddies of mine got theirs down for 120 or soso with the same quality and warranty.
if your gonna do it private, i wouldnt pay no more than 1 bill IMO. unless of course the person who does it warrantys it for you personally.
so whats the 3m tint?

It's on First Street right where Portola hits it...
Omega Tintwerks in Pleasanton is owned an operated by a GREAT installer, Vincent. He uses Lummar, which is a very high quality product. Just did my Saab 9-2x. I would highly recommend him.
I've also seen the work that Rocky Mountain does, and it is also very good quality.

do not get luminar tint. that **** turns purple in a year.
oh and never go to this place on capitol in san jose next to the dealers same parking lot as the mcds. they rip you off so bad.

I paid $200 for 7 windowson my Saab 9-2x (everything from the A-pillar back). That was a little bit of a discount of the noraml price.
Speedracer, it is Lumar, and it has a lifetime warranty, made by CP Films, a very large and reputable window film maker. It doesn't turn purple after a year and is the same product that Rocky Mountain uses in Livermore.
If Luminar is something else, then I don't know about that product and can't comment.
