I work at NPS (Base/Government job) for the Meteorology Dept. I asked our IT point of contact and said that IT dept. is looking for 2 people. Depending on your skills, you can start as a GS-05 which is what I get paid now or even higher. Let me know if your interested. This job however will involve you to commute from San Jose to Monterey, CA. Can't guarantee anything though.

Civicster, sounds like your bro is more than qualified to work for our IT Department on base. Hell, some people who are GS-05 and above... Well all they do is going around the base to different departments who need help with their user profile or need software apps. added to their PC. Easy job with good pay and benefits. What I'll do is send you this link (It is like an online resume thing...). Your bro will need to fill out a lot of things, some of which he may not be familiar with b/c the government is weird like that.... But if he gets the job, he's one lucky SOB...
I'm at home now, but I've got the link at work. My e-mail address at work is mdvinlua@nps.navy.mil.
Watch for an e-mail from that addy.

For those that were interested in a job at NPS, please shoot me an e-mail at MichaeLx40831@aol.com
I've got the link ready, but don't want to post for all to see. Just those who are really interested.
Thanks, Michael
